Q2 2024 Investment Report
Dear Reader,
Welcome to the Q2 2024 installment of our report on startup investment activities in the Southern Tier region of New York.
In compiling this report, we observed significant activity related to business plan/pitch competitions. Please note that this report includes only funding events above $20,000. Twelve companies at business competitions received prize money below this threshold amount, and while these are not listed, we value this information being shared with us. Aggregating and sharing these activities helps spotlight all entrepreneurial activity and track each company’s progression.
Thank you for sharing these leads with us and for your continued support of entrepreneurs and the entrepreneurial ecosystem in our region. We have also included some Southern Tier “coming attractions” at the bottom of this email that might be of interest to the ecosystem.
Feel free to contact me at [email protected] with any tips, corrections, or comments or if you have colleagues that you would like added to our mailing list.
Best regards,
Brad Treat
Program Director, Southern Tier Startup Alliance
